- Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
If additional time is required to process an order, customers will be informed promptly via email.
2. Shipping Coverage
- Marvette currently ships only within the United States.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Charges
- A fixed shipping fee of $30 applies to all orders, regardless of order size, quantity, or delivery location within the United States.
- The total shipping cost is displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Any temporary promotions related to shipping will be clearly stated on our website.
4. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Transit Time: 3–7 business days (after dispatch).
- Total Delivery Time: 4–9 business days (Processing + Transit).
- Delivery may vary depending on location:
- Urban and metropolitan areas: typically faster.
- Rural or remote areas: may require additional days.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, or peak holiday seasons.
5. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and courier details.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Responsibility
- Once an order has been handed to the courier, Marvette is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
- If the courier confirms delivery but the package is not received, customers should contact the courier directly. Marvette will assist by providing shipment details.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
- Marvette is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be charged an additional $30 re-shipping fee.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
- If a package is returned as undeliverable (e.g., repeated failed delivery attempts, inaccessible location, or refusal of delivery), Marvette will notify the customer.
- Customers may request reshipment, subject to payment of an additional $30 shipping fee.
9. Signature Requirement
- For security reasons, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive and sign for the package if required by the courier.
10. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
- Customers must report any lost or damaged package within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
- Marvette will assist in filing a claim with the courier. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s investigation.
- Marvette cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as “delivered” by the courier but later reported as stolen.
11. Shipping Limitations
- Marvette does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Deliveries may not be possible to certain restricted or remote areas. Customers will be contacted if this affects their order.
12. Partial Shipments
- In rare cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
- Customers will be informed in advance if partial shipments are required.
