At Marvette, we are committed to providing our customers with clear, reliable, and transparent shipping information. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.<\/p>\n\n

Order Processing<\/h3>\n\n

Cut-Off Time: <\/strong>Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) on business days (Monday\u2013Friday) begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next working day.
Processing Time: <\/strong>1\u20132 business days.<\/p>\n\n

If additional time is required to process an order, customers will be informed promptly via email.<\/p>\n\n

Shipping Coverage<\/h3>\n\n

Marvette currently ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.<\/p>\n\n

Shipping Charges<\/h3>\n\n

A fixed shipping fee of $30 applies to all orders, regardless of order size, quantity, or delivery location within the United States.
The total shipping cost is displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Any temporary promotions related to shipping will be clearly stated on our website.<\/p>\n\n

Transit Time & Delivery Estimates<\/h3>\n\n

Standard Transit Time:<\/strong> 3\u20137 business days (after dispatch).
Total Delivery Time: <\/strong>4\u20139 business days (Processing + Transit).<\/p>\n\n

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, severe weather, or peak holiday seasons.<\/p>\n\n

Order Tracking<\/h3>\n\n

Once dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and courier details.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n

Delivery Responsibility<\/h3>\n\n

Once an order has been handed to the courier, Marvette is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
If the courier confirms delivery but the package is not received, customers should contact the courier directly. Marvette will assist by providing shipment details.<\/p>\n\n

Incorrect or Incomplete Address<\/h3>\n\n

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Marvette is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be charged an additional $30 re-shipping fee.<\/p>\n\n

Undeliverable or Returned Packages<\/h3>\n\n

If a package is returned as undeliverable (e.g., repeated failed delivery attempts, inaccessible location, or refusal of delivery), Marvette will notify the customer.
Customers may request reshipment, subject to payment of an additional $30 shipping fee.<\/p>\n\n

Signature Requirement<\/h3>\n\n

For security reasons, certain orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive and sign for the package if required by the courier.<\/p>\n\n

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages<\/h3>\n\n

Customers must report any lost or damaged package within 9 business days of the expected delivery date.
Marvette will assist in filing a claim with the courier. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier\u2019s investigation.
Marvette cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as \u201cdelivered\u201d by the courier but later reported as stolen.<\/p>\n\n

Shipping Limitations<\/h3>\n\n

Marvette does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO\/FPO\/DPO addresses.
Deliveries may not be possible to certain restricted or remote areas. Customers will be contacted if this affects their order.<\/p>\n\n

Partial Shipments<\/h3>\n\n

In rare cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
Customers will be informed in advance if partial shipments are required.<\/p>\n\n

Exchanges<\/h3>\n\n

Please note that Marvette does not accept exchanges.
